    In fact, Gregg... I'm inclined to say the Pittsburgh Penguins are my favorite NHL team just because of Sidney Crosby. But I've been a Dallas Stars fan since they first become a team - relocating from Minnesota. As I've mentioned, since Houston has no NHL team, I'm more open-minded as to which NHL teams I cheer for.
    
    Mike Modano and Sidney Crosby!
    
    If I could meet any player in the NHL, I would have a hard time choosing between Modano and Crosby.

    That's why I'm a Flyers Fan because I Got to meet my Hero Bernie Parent the Goalie for the Flyers when they won Back to back Stanley cups and I got to attend his Golalies schools ! I was just awe stuck ! I also talked to him and Bill Barber and Booby Clark when the Flyers were the Hershey Bears NHL team ! Ice Hockey was just so much fun and so exciting to play I can't even begin to describe to rush when you see a puck come fly 70 to 80 mph at you ! Gregg

    There's no NHL team in Houston, Texas and that's probably why I don't feel as excited about hockey, but I do follow the Dallas Stars because Mike Modano has always been one of my favorite players ever since I was a little kid. Mike Modano must be really old right now, because I remember watching him play in the early '90s.
    
    But then again, don't hockey players usually have a longer career than other professional athletes?
    
    And I'd have to say my favorite NHL player right now is Sidney Crosby, because he's certainly an icon of the game. He's exciting to watch play and he's so young as well.
